Only if it has a one-piece driveshaft. The 2-piece driveshaft Crew Cab 2WD configuration is excluded due to clearance interference with the over-axle pipe routing.

Q2: Does this fit a 2019 Silverado 1500?
Only the 2019 T1 “new body” variant fits. The 2019 LD / Classic body (carryover K2 platform) is not compatible.

Q3: What about trucks already equipped with factory dual exhaust (e.g., Trail Boss, RST with dual tip option)?
Not compatible — those trucks have a different OE tailpipe assembly, and this kit is engineered to convert single-tip OE layouts to dual.
